About eight months ago, a friend introduced me to Obsidian. I wanted to replace my old Android note manager with one that offers control over files and no limitations on note size.
I started using it on my Android smartphone and sometimes on my PC. My primary use in everyday life is for daily notes, so I installed Daily Notes, an official Obsidian plugin.
I had been missing an easy way to return to the previous day’s daily notes from any open file. I couldn’t find any plugin for this, so I studied how to create plugins.
Today, I released the first version of the plugin on GitHub; I called it Previous Daily Note. First codes in TypeScript and JavaScript, I felt very good.
